We know you’re excited to start labeling! Every Inko label is custom-crafted with precision. Because we print and perfect each set to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your labels begin their journey to you.

Here is how we get your order from our studio to your doorstep:

💌The Value Choice (No Tracking): 4–11 business days — FREE via Canada Post.

This is our most popular "low and slow" option! Please note that this method doesn't include a tracking number, so it's best for those who aren't in a rush and love a good deal.

📍 The "Peace of Mind" Path (Trackable) - Only available in Canada:

3–7 business days — $5.00 (or FREE on orders over $65!).

Want to see exactly where your labels are? This option provides a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🦜The Inko Express:

3–5 business days — $15.00.

In a labeling emergency? Skip the wait! Choose this at checkout to get your gear organized in record time.

 

A Quick Reminder for Our Fans

  • Plan Ahead: Remember to add our 2–5 day production time to the shipping speeds above to get your total wait time.

  • Rural Delivery: If you live in a beautiful remote area or the northern territories, your labels might take a few extra days to find you.

  • Holidays: Our shipping partners take breaks on weekends and statutory holidays, so those days don't count toward the transit times.

To ensure your custom labels arrive safely at your doorstep, please take a quick moment to double-check your shipping address at checkout. We especially recommend giving those pesky unit numbers and buzz codes a second look!

Since every order is custom-made, we want to avoid your package taking an accidental detour. Please note that if a package is returned to our studio due to an incomplete address or a typo, we’ll need to ask you to cover the cost of the second shipping trip.
