Are the decals waterproof?
They sure are ☔We designed them to be highly durable and completely waterproof, so they’re ready to handle daily use, endless washing, and all of life's little adventures.
How do I apply the decals?
It’s super easy! Just cut out your favorite name, slowly peel away the white paper backing, press it firmly onto a clean, dry surface, and then gently peel off the clear top film. Pop on some icons and you're done!
Are they dishwasher safe?
They are! The adhesive takes 2 to 3 days to fully bond to the surface. However every dishwasher is a little different when it comes to heat and water pressure. We highly recommend testing a small icon on your items first to see how it holds up in your specific machine!
How do I remove a decal?
Just scrape the decal gently with a plastic scraper (careful not to scratch your item!), and use a little adhesive remover like Goo Gone to wipe away any leftover sticky spots.
What surfaces work best for these decals?
They love smooth, hard surfaces! 💫You'll get the best results on things like glass, metal, and hard plastics.
What items can I label with these decals?
Any hard surface! ✨ They’re perfect for labeling water bottles, lunchboxes, helmets, and umbrellas—basically anything that’s smooth and prone to getting lost.
Will I get a proof before my decals are printed?
To get your decals to you as quickly as possible, we skip the proofing process and print exactly what is entered at checkout. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order! For your peace of mind, you can review the exact name you typed on the checkout screen and in your order confirmation email
What if my product arrives with a defect?
We want you to absolutely love your decals! If something isn't right (like a stain or a big printing error), please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to take a look and remake them for you.
Can I apply them to matte surfaces?
You definitely can! Just a little pro-tip: leave the clear transfer tape on for a full 24 hours before peeling it off. This gives the adhesive extra time to get a really good grip on that matte texture.
What types of surfaces should I avoid?
Avoid silicone, fabric, soft/flexible materials, and high-friction areas.

When can I expect my order?
To estimate when your order will arrive, please add our 2–5 business day production time (the time it takes us to print and perfect your decals) to your chosen shipping method:
- Free Standard (No Tracking): 4–11 business days
- Tracked Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Most customers receive their labels within 1 to 2 weeks from the day they order!

Do you accept returns?
Because your labels are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is defective, damaged, or we made a mistake in production, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
